We take pride in the quality of our products, and your satisfaction is very important to us.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, as outlined below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery.

  • You have proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or email confirmation).

Not eligible for return/exchange:

  • Innerwear and underwear (for hygiene reasons)

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

  • Discounted, clearance, or final sale items

  • Customized or personalized products


2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at customercare@wandera.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos (if there’s a defect or damage).

  3. Our support team will review and approve your request.

  4. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions or a pickup schedule.


3. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to defective, damaged, or incorrect items, Wandera will cover the return shipping cost.

  • For all other reasons (e.g., size issue, change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping.

  • Please ensure the package is properly packed to avoid damage during transit.


4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 3 business days.

  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the product was defective or incorrectly sent.


5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund or store credit instead.

  • The exchange will be processed once the returned item passes quality inspection.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at customercare@wandera.com with photos of the issue.

  • We will replace the item or provide a refund, depending on the situation.
