1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after receiving payment confirmation.

Orders placed after 5 PM IST, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS confirmation with tracking details.
2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India through trusted courier partners (e.g., Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, India Post, etc.).

International shipping will be introduced soon — stay tuned!
3. Delivery Time

Metro cities: 3–5 business days

Other locations: 5–8 business days

Remote or rural areas: up to 10 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, and other external factors (such as weather or festive delays).
4. Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

A standard shipping fee of ₹99 may apply for orders below ₹999.

Any applicable shipping charge will be shown at checkout before payment.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on selected pin codes.

Additional ₹50 COD fee may apply.

Please ensure someone is available at your address to receive and pay for the parcel.
6. Order Tracking

Once shipped, your tracking number and link will be shared via email or SMS.

You can track your order status anytime using the courier’s tracking portal.
7. Delays & Non-Delivery
We make every effort to deliver on time. However, delays may occur due to:

Incorrect or incomplete address

Courier delays or service disruptions

Unforeseen natural or logistical events
If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please contact our support team for assistance.
8. Order Cancellation or Address Change

Orders can be cancelled or updated within 4 hours of placing the order (before dispatch).

Once shipped, cancellations or address changes are not possible.

To modify or cancel an order, contact customercare@wandera.com immediately.
9. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at customercare@wandera.com

Include your order number and clear photos of the package/item.
We’ll arrange for replacement or resolution as per our Return Policy.
