Returns & Exchanges

Every product is crafted with care and attention to detail. If your purchase isn't quite right, we've made our return process simple and transparent.

Return Window

Return requests must be initiated within 72 hours of delivery. Unfortunately, requests submitted after this period cannot be accepted.

Pickup & Quality Check

Once your return request is approved:

• A pickup will be arranged within 24–48 hours.
  
• The returned item will be sent to our warehouse.
  
• Our team will perform a quality inspection upon receipt.

Refund Process

After the product successfully passes the quality check:

• Your refund will be credited to your Store Wallet.
  
• Wallet credits can be used for future purchases on our website.

Return Charges

• A ₹149 return handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount for each return request.
  
• Sale, clearance, or promotional items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Important Notes

• Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  
• Products showing signs of use, damage, or alteration may not qualify for a refund.
  
• We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our return policy.
